About My Services & You:

I  can go on about all the different massage techniques we Massage Therapists use, describe what they are and tell you what their therapeutic advantages are.  But the bottom line is, it’s not so much about which technique to use but why and how it’s used.  

There are over 100 different massage therapy techniques practiced today.  With so many modalities in massage it can be confusing, if not difficult, to determine which one is right for you and which one would benefit you the most in achieving the results you need. 

That’s where I come in...

Using my knowledge based on 35 years of extensive training and experience, I personalize a treatment plan specifically for you based on analytical evaluation of your condition and level of discomfort.  My primary objective is to locate the 
root cause of your condition and apply a combination of massage therapy techniques to help alleviate acute or chronic pain and/or discomfort and rehabilitate muscular irritation.

And my expertise doesn’t stop with just massage!  Although massage plays a big part in managing your aches and pains and keeps your musculoskeletal system well balanced, I’m a staunch advocate of postural alignment in disease prevention.  Your aches and pains did not come about overnight.  It took years of straining and events that lead up to your condition.   I’m dedicated to teaching you how to keep your problems from coming back and
putting your body back in motion.
